4oz of Cream Cheese
1/2 cup of Sour Cream 1 (or 2 up to you) Cloves of Garlic
Zest of 1/2 Lemon
2 Tbsp of Extra Virgin Olive Oil For the Salad: 14.5oz Can of Butterbeans, rinsed and drained
1/2 of a Seedless Cucumber, partially peeled and diced
2 Stalks of Celery, peeled and thinly sliced
1 Shallot, thinly sliced
Handful of Parsley, finely chopped
Juice of 1/2 Lemon or more, up to you
1 tsp of Calabrian Chili Paste, optional 2 Tbsp of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
