MUSTARD CARROTS: (this recipe feeds 4 people. Scale up for the Thanksgiving crowd!)
1 lb of carrots 1 TBS butter
1 TBS brown sugar
1-2 TBS yellow mustard 1) Peel carrots and cut into sticks or fingers
2) Cook in boiling water (or steam, or microwave, I suppose) until al dente (or to your desired doneness!). Drain.
3) In the same pot, add 1 TBS butter and melt. Stir in sugar and mustard. Add carrots. Stir to coat. This will not be a pooling amount of "sauce" but rather a glaze on the carrots. Enjoy!
