STIR FRIED GARLIC SCAPES | 마늘쫑볶음 | Korean Side Dish

Stir Fried Garlic Scapes 600 gms garlic scrapes
10 gms green onion
1/4 cup soy sauce
3 tbsp rice syrup or sugar
2 tsp sesame oil
2 tsp sesame seeds
cooking oil 1. Wash the garlic scapes and slice into 2 inches.
2. Chop green onion
3. In a wok, put cooking oil then stir fry the green onion followed by the garlic scapes. Stir fry for 10 minutes.
4. Check if the the garlic scapes looks translucent add the soysauce. Stir for a minute.
5. Add the rice syrup then stir until the garlic scapes looks shiny.
6. Turn off the heat then put sesame oil.
