https://www.instagram.com/ivymade_/ Embrace the Summerween spirit with these flaky Pumpkin Cheese Danishes! Pumpkin cream cheese danish 1 sheet of pre-frozen pastry puff 1 egg & 1 TBS of water Pumpkin filling:
1/2 cup pumpkin purée
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp pumpkin spice
1 egg Cream cheese filling:
8oz cream cheese
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract Glaze:
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1-2 TBS milk
1 tsp vanilla extract 1. Allow puff pastry sheet to defrost.
2. Cut into 6 pieces
3. Mix fillings separately.
4. Lightly trace an oval on each piece.
5. Place fillings on sheets.
6. I piped them with a sandwich bag.
7. Brush egg wash on crusts of the puff pastry. 8. Bake at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 20 minutes. Cool before adding glaze.
