By popular request, here is the recipe for classic, bakery style pignoli cookies! They are so yummy especially if you love almonds. IF you want to skip the flour you can, but I won't lie, the texture is better with it, gives it more structure. Remember these videos are in addition to my regular content! 1/2 cup of Granulated Sugar 2 Egg Whites
1/4 cup of All Purpose Flour
Tiny Pinch of Salt
1/2 tsp of Almond Extract
Pine Nuts for Rolling
