Pickled Perilla Leaves (Sesame leaves) 깻잎장아찌 by Omma's Kitchen Ingredients:
5 bunch of Perilla Leaves
1 Sliced Medium round onion
1 Sliced large red bell pepper
4-6 stalks of green onion
1 cup of sliced garlic
1 tablespoon of minced ginger
2 cups of soy sauce
2 tablespoon of sesame oil
1/4 cup of toasted sesame seeds
1/4 cup of korean red chili powder
Optional puree white peach to sweetened the food This recipe is diabetic friendly because I've used natural fruit rather than the
processed sugar. My girls don't like this recipe because they're young but I know they will love it when they get older.
