PANEER MANCHURIAN (DRY): Ingredients:
Paneer diced – 200 grms
Corn flour – 1 tbl spn
Rice flour – 1tsp
Bengal gram flour – 1 tsp
Salt – to taste
Pepper powder – ¼ tsp
Manchurian sauce – 1 ½ tbl spn
Soya sauce – 1 tsp
Tomato sauce – 1 tbl spn
Red chilli sauce – 1 tsp
Finely cut garlic – 1 tbl spn
Ginger, green chillies paste – ½ tsp
Finely cut onion – 2 tbl spn
Oil – for deep frying Method:
Apply Manchurian sauce over the pieces of paneer. Sprinkle all the three flours, little salt and deep fry in hot oil. Heat a pan with little oil, add finely chopped garlic, onion, ginger, chilli paste and saute for few minutes. Add all the sauces, salt, very little water. Cook for few minutes, toss paneer pieces and serve hot.
