Today, I will show to how to cook Three Korean side dishes, Korean Spinach salad(시금치나물무침), Mung Bean Sprouts salad(숙주나물무침) and Seasoned Dried Radish(무말랭이무침).
These three side dishes are the most common korean side dishes that you can find out at any korean restaurant easily. Ingredients Seasoned Dried Radish (무말랭이무침) 100g Dried Radish
3 Tbsp Hot pepper powder
3 Tbsp Soy cause
1 and 1/2 Tbsp Sugar
1 and 1/2 Corn syrup
1 and 1/2 Fish sauce
2 Tbsp Minced garlic
2 pinches of Sesame seeds Korean Spinach Side Dish (시금치나물 무침)
200g Spinach
2 Pinches of Salt
1 Tsp Sesame oil
1 Pinch Seasame seeds Korean Mung Bean Sprouts (숙주나물 무침)
100g Mung bean sprouts
1 pinch of salt
1 pinch of sesame seeds
1 Tsp Seasame oil
1/2 Tsp Minced garlic
1 Chopped spring onion —————
