FOR KOREAN EGG ROLL RECIPE: INGREDIENTS: 4 EGGS
1/2 OF CHOP ONION
1/4 CHOP CARROTS
2 SPOON OF CHOP YOUNG GREEN ONION LEAVES WE ALSO NEED 2 TBSP OF COOKING OIL OR VEGETABLE OIL
1/2 TSP OF BLACK PEPPER POWDER
A PINCH OF SESAME SEEDS PROCEDURE: Minced the carrots, onions and green onion leaves (this is optional I just want it to be very small dice. In a bowl crack the eggs mix it well, then add salt and pepper mix it again. Then add the minced onion, carrots and onion leaves and mix Add the cooking oil and heat the pan In a low heat pour just a small amount of egg mixture first. Cook it until it's half done. Roll the omelet halfway from the right to the middle and move the egg roll to the right. (*repeat the process) for the remaining egg mixture. And lastly roll it all the way.
