SPINACH SIDE DISH 200 gms spinach
1 clove minced garlic
2 tsp sesame oil
2 tsp powdered sesame seeds
1 tsp salt 1. In a pot, boil water.
2. Blanch the spinach (30-40 seconds to the boiling water then strain into the running water)
3. Remove the excess water from the spinach then put in a bowl.
4. Mix all the ingredients.
