The written recipe calls for cooked chicken but if you are using raw, start with 8 cups of water, add the raw chicken and let it simmer and reduce for about 30ish minutes till the chicken is cooked through then shred the chicken. ¼ cup of All Purpose Flour
6 cups of Chicken Stock
½ cup of Heavy Cream
1 lb of Potato Gnocchi
1 tsp of Italian Seasoning
2 cups of Cooked Chicken 3 cups of Baby Spinach, roughly chopped
Salt and Pepper to taste
