Korean Collard Green Side Dish 컬럴그린무침

2 bunch of collard green 2 stalk of green onion sliced
1 tablespoon of minced garlic
1 tablespoon of red chili powder
half tablespoon of gochujang (red pepper paste)
1 tablespoon of sesame oil
1 tablespoon of toasted sesame seeds
1-2 tablespoon of vinegar
1 tablespoon of soysauce or to your taste
half to 1 teaspoon of sugar to your taste
1 teaspoon of mirin (rice cooking wine) Hannah was making this dish and she did a great job! This recipe is used to make vegan bibimbap and it's perfect for side dish. Keep the blanched collar green on the side and put rice, side dish, fried tofu and wrap it for lunch. It's portable and healthy!
