Jangjorim is a Korean beef side dish, beef boiled down in soy sauce. Many Korean like this food, because when they are young, their mom usually pack this side dish for their lunch. I also ate it at school as well. It takes 1 hour to cook, so long time. But we can keep it in refrigerator for about 1 week. So once we make this side dish, we can easily have it whenever we want. ■ Main Ingredients (2servings)
– 4 cups water
– 250g beef eye of round
– 1/2 piece green onion – 6 cloves garlics – 2 eggs ■ Sauce Ingredients
– 1/2 ~ 3/4 cup soy sauce – 3~4tbsp sugar – 1 red pepper
