• Cover in:
x3 – 4 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil
x2 tbsp of agave nectar
x 2 tbsp of balsamic vinegar
Salt & Pepper • Mix well and lay in a single layer, inside of the sprout facing up on a baking tray & bake for 20 mins in the middle or top of the oven. // CRISPY KALE & SPINACH \\ • Remove thick stalks from the kale and wash that and the spinach
• Cover in:
x2 – 3 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil
Salt & Pepper
Sesame Seeds • Spread an even layer on a baking tray and cook for 5-7 minutes in the bottom or centre of the oven. // OLIVE AND CAPER POTATOES \\ • Wash and boil baby potatoes for 12 minutes
• Drain and cut in the potatoes in half
Cover in:
x3 – 4 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil
x2 tbsp of white wine vinegar x1-2 tbsp of black sliced olives and capers
Salt & pepper • Mix well, place a single layer on a baking tray and bake for 40 minutes in the middle or top of the oven. ♥ Original recipes, I think…maybe! I tend to glance at them once and then just do my own thing. But these might helpful for you!
